30 days. No fuss.
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original condition for a full refund or exchange.
To start a return, email hello@matchdayco.org with your order number and the reason. We'll send prepaid return instructions within one business day.
Bundles are returned as a set. Personalised items and consumables (e.g. grip sprays, tapes) are non-returnable unless faulty.

- How long does shipping take?
- Metro Australia orders ship within 1 business day and typically arrive in 2–5 business days. Regional areas may take 3–7 business days. International orders vary by destination — you'll see live rates at checkout.
- Do you offer free shipping?
- Yes. Standard shipping is free on all Australian orders over $99. Under $99, a flat rate applies based on cart weight and destination.
- Can I return or exchange an item?
- Absolutely. You have 30 days from delivery to return unused, in-condition gear for a full refund or exchange. Bundles are returned as a set.
- How do I start a return?
- Email hello@matchdayco.org with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send prepaid return instructions within one business day.
- Do you supply clubs and academies?
- Yes — we offer wholesale pricing on team packs (10+ units) and bespoke bundles for academies. Reach out at hello@matchdayco.org with your requirements.
