Ball mastery is built one touch at a time. A quality training ball, a rebounder and a handful of markers is all you need — the rest is daily reps until the ball feels glued to your boot.

Frequently asked

Improve Ball Control — your questions answered.

How often should I train with this equipment?+

Most players see results from 3–4 short focused sessions per week (20–40 minutes) on top of team training. Quality of reps beats total hours every time.

What size rebounder should I get?+

A 1m × 1m frame is the sweet spot for solo first-touch and passing work. Larger frames are better for finishing reps and team use.

Should I train with a weighted ball?+

Yes — once a week, not every session. Weighted balls exaggerate poor technique and build cushioning, but overuse can slow your normal touch.
